Additional Services
Goodwin University offers additional resources for the health, well-being, and success of our students’ personal, academic, and professional lives.
Academic Success Center
The Academic Success Center (ASC) promotes and fosters student learning and development by providing free tutoring to all Goodwin University students. This resource is offered through the Hoffman Family Library.
The Ann B. Clark Co‑op
Are you in need of food, clothing, hygiene resources, etc.? These items are free at the Co‑op for current Goodwin University and magnet school students. The Co‑op ensures that no Goodwin student has to choose between affording school, putting food on the table, or having their basic needs met.
Diaper Bank
Goodwin University offers a Diaper Program designed to help students with young children defray some of their household costs by offering free diapers to those who qualify. Students who are eligible can receive two packs of diapers, per child, per month, as long as they are enrolled at Goodwin University. Students who are eligible will receive notification of eligibility after census day.
Magnet Schools
Goodwin University is home to two exceptional inter-district magnet schools on our East Hartford campus. Having these magnet schools on campus provides unique opportunities for students at each of these schools, and benefits students at Goodwin University.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant while a student at Goodwin University and are concerned about your studies, our Disability and Access Services Manager can assist you. For more information, please contact the Office of Disability and Access Services at 860-727-6718.
