Lisa M. Wisniewski is a professor of Sociology at Goodwin University. She began her career in research focused on first-generation college students, immigrant students, and college choice. Lisa is a Universal Design for Learning trained Teaching Fellow at Goodwin University. She primarily teaches courses in Psychology and Sociology. Lisa has presented her work regionally, nationally, and internationally. She has presented her work to the New England Educational Research Organization, the Learning Assistance Association of New England, Northeastern Educational Research Association, American Educational Research Association, and the European Society for the Study of Symbolic Interaction.
